How are you a Chinese food place when your rice and noodles suck..... the food is old and left out and it looks a mess... the one thing I got that was good was the can of squirt. The previous owners had great food and they were so nice. But seeing that the ghetto bar next to them is full of ratchets and bums walking around I would probably leave too. Rip panda kitchen.

I will never return to this place again, Noodles have a bad taste, had a hair in my food, I go tell the lady behind the counter, I want my money back and she offers more food I said no thanks just give me a boba and the lady gives me what ever she wants a damn chocolate Milk shake. Horrible service.

The place before was fresh and made to order. The place was run down but those places are the best. This new place is your ordinary place food is left out all day. When you eat it you can tell it's been sitting out. When they first opened the lady said I'll make you whAt ever you want, of course it was all smiles at that time to get customers. When my wife went back she wanted fresh plain fried rice and the lady told her no they can't do it and made a fuss about it. My wife told her she did it before the lady disagreed. Anyhoo don't go not worth it.
